The list of devices on your network can be found on the network map in your modem settings. Make sure you set them to the local IP of the pc you want to use. The ports you need to forward for a TeamSpeak server are: If it is a modem/wireless router you can access it no problem. If it is a modem without wireless connectivity, make sure you are plugged directly into the modem to access it. Usually the default local ip to access your router is 192.168.1.1. You also need to know how to access the modem's settings which is where you will find the port forwarding settings. A simple google search will explain that.
